Our monthly gatherings are times of encouragement, learning, collaboration, and prayer, and are open to any aspiring planters, current planters, and all those who support them.

Regional Assessments
We will implement a regional assessment process designed to evaluate and affirm the readiness of prospective church planters, specific to the unique challenges of South Florida. This process will ensure that only qualified and well-prepared individuals move forward, setting the stage for effective, sustainable church plants.

A funding mechanism will be established to support planters who successfully complete the assessment process, giving them access to the resources needed to launch and sustain new churches.

2025 CHURCH PLANTERS RETREAT
A look back at our recent Church Planters Retreat in Orlando, FL.
In October 2025, South Florida Collective had the privilege of hosting several church planters for a retreat weekend in Orlando, FL. The weekend comprised of times of learning, relationship development, prayer, and of course, relaxation and rejuvenation. Special thanks to all the guest speakers and local church planters, pastors, and ministry leaders that sacrificed their time to pour into our cohort of church planters.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
In addition to leading South Florida Collective, Rodney is the lead pastor of Gospel Fellowship Church, which he planted in 2013 in Boynton Beach, FL. Rodney's heart is for serving people, especially in the region of South Florida.
Seth Eaton is a curiosity-driven operations nerd, currently serving as the executive pastor of Gospel Fellowship Church. Seth's passion is helping organizational leaders (particularly entrepreneurs and church planters) operate with clarity and purpose — aligning their mission with practical, sustainable systems.
