for church planters.
by church planters.
South Florida Collective (SFC) is a movement to establish, support, and grow new churches throughout South Florida.
In a region marked by rapid growth and cultural diversity, SFC seeks to be uniquely positioned to meet the pressing need for new, gospel-centered churches by encouraging, equipping, and establishing partnership for church planters in our region.
Our mission is to create an ecosystem specifically for church planters, led by church planters, for the glory of God and the good of South Florida.

why south florida?
Home to over 6 million people, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties are a dynamic hub of culture and commerce. Yet, less than 10% of South Florida has been reached with the Gospel.
Demographic Diversity: South Florida is a melting pot of cultures, ethnicities, and languages. The church planting model allows us to meet the spiritual needs of various cultural groups and communities.
Spiritual Need: There are communities where the gospel is either underrepresented or misrepresented. Planting gospel-centered churches can bring renewed hope and flourishing to these areas.
Population Growth: As South Florida continues to expand, so does the need for churches that can serve the influx of new residents.
Church Plant Failure Rate: Research has shown that South Florida has a high failure rate for church plants. A sobering statistic that requires a strategic and bold response.

Every planter supported and every church planted is grounded in the gospel of Jesus Christ, reflecting the Great Commission in South Florida.
We believe in working toward the broader kingdom of God, serving not only our own network but the capital “C” Church South Florida.
We seek to work with others in a spirit of humility and respect, valuing diverse contributions and recognizing that we are better together.

A funding mechanism will be established to support planters who successfully complete the assessment process, giving them access to the resources needed to launch and sustain new churches.
